The Challenge

MoonInk already shared services and pricing on social channels, but the information was scattered across Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook; people searching on Google couldn't find one clear professional source.

The frictions

  1. Active presence on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, but no owned website
  2. Prices and services existed on social channels, scattered across messages, posts, and links
  3. Tourists searching on Google had difficulty finding complete information
  4. Needed a professional, custom website to stand out
