• Strategic Consulting: "Immersion and Diagnosis" sessions to define priorities

The description of services on the Site is for informational purposes only. The specific terms of each project will be established through a separate contract after the "Immersion and Diagnosis" session.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of NewStella or its content providers and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Mexico, the United States and internationally.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or reuse of Site content without prior written permission from NewStella is prohibited, except as permitted by copyright law.

The trademarks "NewStella", "The Singularity of Innovation", "The Unique Strategic Partner" and "Elite Clarity" are registered trademarks of NewStella and may not be used without express authorization.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". NewStella does not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors, viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewStella will not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunities

• Errors or omissions in Site content
• Damages caused by third parties or third-party services

Our total aggregate liability will not exceed $100 USD or the amount you have paid for our services in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute related to these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

For users in the European Union, these terms do not affect their legal rights under consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NewStella with respect to use of the Site.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.

Languages: These Terms are available in Spanish and English. In the event of a conflict between versions, the Spanish version will prevail.
