The Challenge
CADU had an existing website and needed a clearer corporate presence connecting its trajectory, developments, and contact paths.
The frictions
- Reorganize an existing web presence without turning the page into a heavy brochure
- Organize developments by region, housing line, and visitor intent
- Explain credit options and common questions before the inquiry
- Create clear contact paths for visitors interested in housing

The project was structured around institutional clarity, commercial navigation, and a mobile experience that can support longer journeys.
- Content Architecture Organization of trajectory, presence, developments, credit guidance, and FAQ content
- Navigation Design Desktop mega menu and mobile menu built around region and housing type paths
- Visual Design Corporate interface with orange accents, sturdy typography, and restrained real estate imagery
